How do you wash the pillow?
The outer cover can be taken off and is fully machine washable and dryer friendly. The middle is spot clean only. After washing lay it flat to dry.
Should I use an additional pillowcase over the Neck Comfort Pillow?
This is not necessary but if you want to have a different colour theme with a different pillowcase, you can do this too.
